Your invoice will usually have three parts:
- Platform Fee
- Annual fee billed on your subscription anniversary.
- Tiered by total active units.
- Project Fees
- Per-unit charges for each project, billed annually on their own start date.
- Listed by project name.
- Adjustments (if applicable)
- Credits for unused lower-tier months.
- Charges for prorated higher-tier upgrades.
- Labeled clearly as “Adjustment” on your invoice.
