Every Clay customer is assigned a dedicated CSM.

Your CSM helps with:

  • Onboarding and project setup
  • Coordinating with Clay’s technical and 3D teams
  • Answering questions about billing and renewals
  • Guiding you on best practices to get the most out of Clay

How to work with your CSM:

  • Reach out directly via email for account or project questions.
  • Schedule regular check-ins to review progress and performance.
  • Escalate technical issues — your CSM will coordinate with the support team.
